Main Responsibilities: Proactively intervene in risk situations. Collaborate with nursing staff and professionals during crises. Apply safe physical containment techniques only when strictly necessary, following professional team instructions. Contribute to maintaining a safe and respectful environment for users and staff. Requirements: Previous experience in institutional security, preferably in healthcare settings or contexts requiring high sensitivity. Training or knowledge in safe containment and de-escalation techniques oriented toward person-centered protection. Ability to act calmly, judiciously, and with respect for users' rights. Strong willingness to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals. Preferred Qualifications: Training in crisis management, conflict de-escalation, or first aid.
