The primary objective of this role is to comprehensively manage public and private tender and contracting processes, ensuring the timely and accurate submission of technical, financial, and administrative proposals for our portfolio—and thereby contributing to business growth through efficient acquisition and management of awards and contracts. Responsibilities align with the current Tender System procedures and the management of proposals, comparative analyses, awards, and purchase orders. Your next challenge awaits. Requirements Education Completed secondary education; currently studying Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields Experience Minimum 2 years of experience in public and private tenders. Experience in the pharmaceutical industry, medical devices, clinical nutrition, or healthcare companies will be highly valued. Knowledge of how public hospitals and national, provincial, and municipal agencies operate. Technical Knowledge Ability to interpret tender documents and public procurement regulations. Advanced Excel proficiency. SAP (desirable). Public and private procurement portals. Data analysis tools and reporting software. Understanding of commercial processes, pricing, and contract management. We especially value experience in hospital tenders for medications, enteral and parenteral nutrition, medical devices, and products for public and private healthcare institutions.
