At Grupo Hospital Privado, we continue growing and seek to strengthen our Pharmacy Department team! Are you passionate about internal logistics and healthcare supply management? Your main objective will be to ensure the proper preparation of pharmacy transfer requests, guaranteeing that each product reaches its destination on time and in full. What will be your main responsibilities? Order Preparation: Locate products indicated in transfer requests on shelves and properly prepare them for shipment to pharmacies. Quality Control: Carefully verify the condition and expiration date of all products to be transferred. Stock Management: Actively report any discrepancies or anomalies detected in stock counts during your tasks. Information Handling: Record and safeguard data from computer systems and institutional documentation provided. Resource Care: Properly maintain and use assigned computer equipment, furniture, and office supplies. Collaborate on other operational or institutional tasks as required by the department. What are the requirements? Education: Completed secondary education (technical, tertiary, or university-level education in healthcare/logistics is valued). Prior experience in similar roles in warehouses, pharmacies, or order preparation (picking/packing) is desirable. Tools: Proficiency in PC usage.
