Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Operator for a Private Sanatorium, responsible for ensuring the proper condition of the building infrastructure, furniture, equipment, and performing gardening tasks. Main Responsibilities: Perform daily inspection routines to verify the proper condition and functionality of building infrastructure, furniture, and equipment. Carry out tasks specified in corrective maintenance work orders. Keep the work area and material storage facilities clean and organized. Perform gardening tasks. Assist with general transfers and orders across the group of companies. Requirements: Completed secondary education (mandatory). We Offer: Excellent employment conditions. Very good working climate.
