Continuous training and excellent working environment Centro Hirsch is a leading institution in comprehensive health care, currently seeking a Geriatric Assistant to join its team in San Miguel, Buenos Aires, for various shifts: Morning: 06:00–14:00 Afternoon: 13:00–21:00 Monday to Monday with rotating days off. Main responsibilities include: Preparing ingredients for full menus or individual dishes. Assisting the head and assistant cooks in plating, labeling, and storing served dishes in thermal carts. Preparing and transporting food carts to different sectors. Transporting common waste according to protocol to designated areas. Performing and maintaining cleaning and disinfection of the kitchen, kitchen equipment, utensils, service areas, etc. Unloading and storing incoming goods, and checking expiration dates of supplies. Reporting shortages or surpluses of goods.
