Your geriatrics experience will be key to delivering personalized and compassionate care to our patients. As a Geriatric Assistant, your responsibilities will include monitoring residents' hygiene and cleanliness, supporting daily activities, and collaborating with nursing and medical staff to ensure comprehensive care. You must maintain a focus on the dignity and respect of each resident, providing a safe and welcoming environment. A solid background in geriatrics is valued, along with skills to effectively manage medical and emotional situations. You must be patient, empathetic, and capable of working as part of a team. Prior experience in other residential facilities is highly valued. This is an on-site position, and attendance at all scheduled meetings and shifts is required.
