At **Raízen Argentina**, we are seeking an **"Inventory Assistant"** **The Primary Objective of This Role Is:** * To ensure inventory accuracy and reliability, proper physical and system-based stock management, and provide operational support for warehousing, dispatch, and merchandise control processes, guaranteeing compliance with internal procedures, safety regulations, and the company’s financial controls. **Responsibilities and Authorities** **Key Responsibilities Include:** * Conduct weekly rack-level inventory checks. * Execute cyclic inventory counts at picking locations. * Manage storage and relocation of low-turnover SKUs in the picking warehouse on a biweekly basis. * Analyze and correct stock discrepancies caused by negative balances generated in SAP within the picking warehouse, performing appropriate adjustments. * Administer stock in the recovery zone, including: * Inbound and outbound movements in SAP. * Recording of SKUs, batches, and quantities reprocessed. * Execution of systemic degradations with corresponding approvals. * Execute the **End-of-Day Suggestion** process. * Provide operational assistance at the service counter, including delivery note generation and dispatch coordination. * Lead inventory counts at Sola Plant and inland warehouses, ensuring compliance with the company’s financial control guidelines. * Serve as the responsible person for Warehouse 902 in Warehouse Management (WH), ensuring proper physical and system-based management of claims and returns. * Align stock between Calicó and Sola Plant warehouses, ensuring that system-recorded locations always reflect the physical location of merchandise. * Manage special requests from Quality and Planning departments, such as sampling, material holds, and other related activities. * Monitor warehouse occupancy and promptly report to supervision any needs or required actions. * Monitor and manage low-turnover pallets according to the defined criterion for materials with no movement exceeding one year. * Ensure compliance with current Work Instructions applicable to the area. * Safeguard the integrity and proper use of assets under their responsibility. * Conduct end-of-shift walkthroughs, identifying deviations or non-standard conditions requiring immediate attention. * Perform operational walkthroughs and warehouse closing checks. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Academic background: Advanced students and/or graduates in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, and/or related fields. * Language proficiency: English (intermediate) * Tool knowledge: Microsoft Office (advanced), SAP. * Competencies: Attention to detail and control orientation, analytical capability to resolve inventory variances, organizational and planning skills, teamwork, proactivity and initiative, commitment to health, safety, environmental, and quality standards. **Additional Information** * Work arrangement: 100% on-site Raízen was established in Brazil in 2011 and has been present in Argentina since October 2018.
