Coordinator** **Location: Belgrano, Buenos Aires** As a Receptionist and Administrative Tasks Coordinator at CBRE, you will provide administrative support in Facility Services, managing the reception of internal and external visitors. You will answer, filter, and forward phone calls, receive clients, and resolve their complaints. This position is part of the Administrative Services function. It is responsible for providing administrative support to company departments, including operations teams, functions, and executives with direct client-facing responsibilities. **Responsibilities:** In-person reception of internal and external visitors at corporate client site. Receiving, reporting, and recording related packages. Answering, filtering, and forwarding telephone calls. Entering service purchase orders from suppliers into the COUPA system. Managing administrative tasks related to Facilities Management. Other duties may be added. **Requirements:** At least 3 years of experience in administrative management \| reception roles. Secondary or tertiary education in related fields. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; Word; Excel; Outlook. Skills in proactivity, commitment, and customer service. English / Portuguese desirable. **Conditions and benefits:** 6-month contract with potential conversion to permanent employment. Full in-office schedule, Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm (includes break time).
