What We Expect From You: - Support in preparing cakes, breads, cookies, and other pastry items according to standard recipes. - Preparation and proper arrangement of ingredients. - Proper handling of kitchen equipment and utensils, following safety and hygiene standards. - Decoration and assembly of products, ensuring an attractive and high-quality finish. - Collaboration in cleaning and maintaining the work area. - Support in inventory organization and restocking of supplies. - Ensuring all products meet established quality standards. Requirements: - Prior experience in pastry (not mandatory, but preferred). - Basic knowledge of pastry preparation and decoration. - Eagerness to learn and develop within the field. - Positive attitude, punctuality, and responsibility. - Ability to work collaboratively and under pressure. - Availability to work rotating shifts.
