The main responsibilities of this position are: Lead the commercial strategy of the Rosario branch and its area of influence. Coordinate, support, and develop the team. Train the team on tools, products, processes, and commercial opportunities. Develop the customer portfolio: Identify growth opportunities among existing and potential customers. Execute commercial initiatives and boost sales of air and land travel products. Monitor sales, profitability, number of active customers, and evolution of the customer portfolio. Participate in training sessions and commercial launches. Conduct periodic commercial visits to travel agencies. Prepare periodic reports for the Commercial Management. Requirements: Experience in commercial roles within the tourism sector. Experience leading commercial teams. Knowledge of the travel agency market and B2B commercial dynamics.
