Job Objective Provide operational support to the accounting and finance department, assisting with transaction recording, reconciliations, and monthly closing processes, ensuring accurate classification and traceability of information in management systems. · Main Responsibilities Accounting Entries Input and recording of accounting entries in the system. Monthly payroll and wage recording. Support for accounting closing-related entries. Reconciliations and Controls Credit card reconciliations. Assistance in general accounting reconciliations. Control and verification of supporting documentation. Operational Processes Support in cash reimbursement settlements. Control and tracking of information required for monthly closings. Support in cost center control. Support to Accounting Team Assist senior accounting analysts with closing tasks. Prepare documentation and information required for financial reporting. · Requirements Advanced student or recent graduate in Public Accounting or related fields. 1–2 years of experience in accounting or administrative areas (preferred). Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets. Experience with management systems (ERP) is an advantage. · Key Competencies Organization and attention to detail. Flexibility and adaptability.
