Join a growing team at the end of the world. We are seeking a kitchen assistant to join Sin Tabú’s gastronomic unit in Ushuaia, with interest in Chinese cuisine and sushi. You will train alongside the executive chef to develop the bar’s menu. Extensive prior experience is not required — attitude and eagerness to learn are our top priorities. Responsibilities: Support in preparing Chinese cuisine and sushi under the guidance of the executive chef; actively learn techniques while developing the menu. Requirements: No extensive formal experience required; eagerness to learn and commitment are highly valued; basic kitchen experience in any sector is a plus but not mandatory; young profile with genuine interest in Chinese cuisine and/or sushi; willingness to relocate to Ushuaia.
