As a Skilled Operator: You will work across various plant areas, performing tasks such as: Press operation, rocker arm operation, polishing, washing, and assembly of parts on bumper production lines. Assisting with order and cleanliness in the area during idle time. Ensuring proper service operation while meeting quality, safety, and productivity standards. What do we value in your profile? Completed secondary education (NOT mandatory) Proven experience in production, metallurgy, or MIG welding (MANDATORY) Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills Strong communication skills and proactive attitude Non-smoker (plant requirement) Experience in the metalworking or automotive industry Work Location Tigre, Santiago del Estero 1556 Working Hours (rotation possible) Morning Shift Monday to Thursday: 06:00–15:00 h Friday: 06:00–14:00 h First day: 07:00–16:00 h for induction Afternoon Shift Monday to Thursday: 15:00–23:00 h Friday: 14:00–21:40 h Employment Conditions Initial 6-month contract through Adecco Argentina 100% formal employment under UOM collective agreement Bi-weekly payment Turn Your Talent into Experience!
