Leadership and decision-making under pressure Well Sand Operations Supervisor For a well sand operations integration project, we are seeking a Well Sand Operations Supervisor to work at the field site under a scheduled shift arrangement. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and supervise sand operations during hydraulic fracturing. Organize and assign tasks to the team under supervision (operations and maintenance). Ensure compliance with safety standards and internal procedures. Monitor sand inventory on-site and critical process variables. Manage associated logistics and report operational deviations. Provide field technical support when required. Prepare daily reports and performance indicators. Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in operational supervision (preferably in fracturing, sand, or specialized services). Knowledge of hydraulic fracturing processes and sand handling. Experience coordinating field teams. Proficiency in computer tools (Microsoft Office). SCADA systems / Telemetry / Operations software. Availability to work on-site under a scheduled shift arrangement. Preferred Qualifications Leadership and decision-making under pressure. Planning and organizational skills.
