Job Summary: We are seeking waiters to provide warm and professional service, guiding guests through culinary experiences with a focus on Argentine gastronomy and wines. Key Highlights: 1. Collaborative work with kitchen and service teams Prestigious restaurant located in the Palermo area is seeking 2 waiters. Main Responsibilities: Provide warm and professional guest reception and table service. Guide guests through a multi-course tasting menu experience. Share knowledge about Argentine gastronomy, culture, and traditions. Assist guests with wine and beverage recommendations. Ensure each guest receives a personalized and memorable gastronomic experience. Maintain high service standards and attention to detail throughout the gastronomic experience. Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations. Participate in training related to service standards, storytelling, and guest engagement. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience as a waiter/server. Fluent English due to international clientele. Portuguese is a plus. Hospitality, tourism, or gastronomic environment experience is highly valued. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to comfortably interact with small groups and international guests. Strong service mindset and team collaboration orientation. Schedule: Rotating shifts: Morning Shift: 9:00 AM–4:00 PM, Evening Shift: 4:00 PM–12:00 AM (Palermo, Buenos Aires) (Service hours: 12:00 PM–3:30 PM / 7:30 PM–10:30 PM) Working hours: Employees work every day with rotating days off. One week: 2 consecutive days off; next week: 1 day off. Weekends included. Interested candidates please submit CV.
