Job Summary: We are seeking a Vaccination Supervisor for a hatchery, responsible for supervising and executing the vaccination process, coordinating teams, and ensuring compliance with protocols and biosecurity standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervise and execute vaccination processes at the hatchery. 2. Coordinate and lead the operational team in charge. 3. Main Responsibilities: Supervise and execute egg and/or chick vaccination processes according to established protocols. Coordinate and lead the operational team in charge. Ensure compliance with procedures, quality standards, and biosecurity requirements. Complete records, forms, and operational controls. Ensure proper process functionality and traceability. Identify deviations and propose continuous improvements. Requirements: Prior experience in hatcheries, poultry farming, or similar production processes (preferred). Experience managing personnel (mandatory). Responsible, methodical, solution-oriented profile with strong operational focus. Residence in Crespo or nearby areas (preferred).
