Main Responsibilities: Take food and beverage orders by telephone or the hotel's internal system. Prepare and verify that the order is complete and in proper condition before delivery. Carry the tray to the corresponding room. Present and arrange the service in the room. Briefly explain the order contents if necessary. Manage guest signature on the bill or charge consumption to the room. Coordinate with kitchen and reception to ensure proper service. Provide courteous and respectful service. Comply with hygiene and personal presentation standards. Requirements: Completed secondary education. Studies in Hospitality, Tourism, or Gastronomy (Desirable). Food handling safety course.
