Position Summary: We are seeking a Supervisor/Operational Technical Leader responsible for coordinating personnel, ensuring task execution, and generating reports, with a focus on continuous improvement and resource optimization. Analytical capability and decision-making under pressure For an important company located in IBICUY, we are looking for a Supervisor/Operational Technical Leader who will be responsible for coordinating personnel, ensuring task execution according to established work schedules, and preparing and submitting required activity reports. Main responsibilities within the position include: - Ensuring service quality improvement through technical management in areas such as process analysis, continuous improvement, resource optimization, support for work planning, failure analysis, organization of task groups, etc. - Ensuring compliance with the daily operation and maintenance schedule for the equipment to be operated. - Collaborating in the creation and updating of preventive and predictive maintenance guidelines for equipment. - Preparing and delivering task reports and/or activity reports to the Inspector and/or designated person.
