Job Summary: We are seeking a Talent and Development Leader to design and implement the Talent and Development strategy, aligning capabilities, leadership, and organizational culture with business objectives. Key Highlights: 1. Design and lead training and development programs. 2. Partner with leaders as a strategic advisor in talent management. 3. Drive leadership and organizational culture initiatives. Acento People & Culture is supporting our client—a services company—in its search for a Talent and Development Leader to join a team focused on growth, professionalization, and people development. Role Purpose Design and implement the Talent and Development strategy, aligning capabilities, leadership, and organizational culture with business objectives. Key Responsibilities Design and lead training, development, and career path programs. Implement and manage performance and competency evaluation processes. Partner with leaders as a strategic advisor on talent development and management topics. Drive leadership and organizational culture initiatives. Define and monitor departmental management indicators. Participate in organizational change and evolution processes. Requirements Education Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields. Experience Previous experience in Talent and Development roles. Experience designing and implementing training and development programs. Competencies Strong proficiency in management indicators and tools. Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively. Preferred Qualifications Experience in service-oriented companies or dynamic environments. Knowledge of People Analytics and agile methodologies. Strategic profile with a results orientation and people focus.
