Main Responsibilities: - End-to-end recruitment of all types of profiles through various channels. - Sourcing and selection of personnel via Hunting activities for specialized processes. - Conducting interviews using various techniques. - Interview and management reports. - Contact with active, inactive, and potential clients, supporting commercial opportunity development. · Play a leading role in applying and adapting new technologies to optimize and automate processes. Preferred Qualifications (not mandatory): - Knowledge of English and/or Portuguese. - Experience in IT personnel selection. - Experience in technical, engineering, and oil & gas industry personnel selection.
