Main Responsibilities: - Execution and monitoring of the consultancy’s recruitment processes (both internal and those conducted by other recruiters). · - Comprehensive recruitment of all types of profiles through various channels - Sourcing and selection of personnel via Hunting activities for special assignments. - Conducting interviews using various techniques - Interview and management reports. - Contact with active, inactive, and potential clients, supporting commercial opportunity development. · Play a leading role in applying and adapting new technologies to optimize and automate processes. · · · Preferred Qualifications (not mandatory): - Proficiency in English and/or Portuguese. - Experience in recruiting IT professionals. - Experience in recruiting technical, engineering, and oil & gas industry professionals.
