Job Summary: We are seeking an Operations Supervisor for a retail logistics distribution center in Neuquén, responsible for supervising, controlling, and maintaining warehouse order, measuring productivity, and ensuring compliance with procedures. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervise and control the overall warehouse order. 2. Measure and report sector productivity. 3. Ensure compliance with operational, quality, and safety procedures. Ceta Capital Humano is currently seeking an Operations Supervisor to join a new Distribution Center specializing in retail logistics located in Neuquén Capital. Responsibilities: Supervise, control, and maintain overall warehouse order. Measure and report sector productivity. Prepare dispatch reports. Manage operational exceptions, ensure their proper registration, and oversee correct billing of additional charges. Monitor safety stock levels of plant materials. Monitor and track all service orders. Ensure compliance with operational, quality, and safety procedures · Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Administration, or related fields. Resident of Neuquén or nearby areas. Prior experience in logistics operations supervision. Knowledge of receiving, storage, picking, dispatch, and inventory control processes.
