Job Summary: We are seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead the daily operations of a cafeteria, coordinate teams, and supervise processes, ensuring customer satisfaction and achievement of objectives. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead daily operations and ensure a high-quality customer experience. 2. Coordinate, support, and develop the work team. 3. Supervise operational processes and standards, managing inventory and tasks. Main Job Functions: Lead the store’s daily operations, ensuring a high-quality customer experience. Coordinate, support, and develop the work team, fostering a collaborative climate and continuous improvement. Supervise the correct execution of operational processes and company standards. Manage inventory, staff schedules, and administrative tasks at the location. Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations. Monitor achievement of operational and commercial objectives for the shift. Requirements: Previous experience leading teams, preferably in food service, retail, or mass consumption sectors. Full-time availability to work rotating shifts, including opening and closing duties. Proactive, solution-oriented, and organized profile. Strong communication and leadership skills. Results-driven and committed to continuous improvement. Service-oriented mindset with strong customer focus.
