ROLE PURPOSE: Attract and select the best profiles for each position, generating a positive experience for both the client and the candidate. RESPONSIBILITIES Understand client needs. Advise and support clients. Initiate and execute the selection process within agreed timelines and methods according to procedure. Monitor the process to ensure its effectiveness and successful completion. · TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE Technical knowledge in: Inbound Recruiting, Head Hunting, etc. Proficiency in Social Networks for job posting dissemination. AI tools, Data Analytics Excellent computer skills. Knowledge and experience in preparing Reports and Dashboards. · EXPERIENCE Minimum 5 years’ experience conducting professional and mid-management profile selection processes in companies or for consulting firms.
