Job Summary: We are seeking an SAP Consultant to ensure the operational continuity of SAP modules, provide support to regional users, and participate in improvement and deployment projects within a healthcare company. Active participation in improvement initiatives and rollouts Join a growing company! At Ceta Capital Humano, we are looking for an SAP Consultant to join a leading healthcare company located in CABA. Position Objective: The SAP Consultant will serve as the technical-functional reference responsible for ensuring the operational continuity of SAP modules, providing support to regional users, and actively participating in improvement initiatives and rollout projects. Main Responsibilities: Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support by resolving incidents and requests related to SAP modules for regional subsidiaries. Manage the ticket queue, monitoring and ensuring compliance with established SLAs. Perform basic functional configurations and preventive maintenance tasks in the system. Participate in improvement projects, collaborating on integration testing and UAT (User Acceptance Testing). Document processes and provide training to key users (Key Users). Act as the primary point of contact in the absence of the Senior Consultant. Required Education: Graduates or advanced students in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Accounting, or related fields. · Requirements: 2–4 years of experience in similar positions (SAP Functional Support, Junior SAP Consultant, or Key User with advanced knowledge). Solid understanding of SAP architecture. Experience in supporting and performing basic configurations for FI, CO, MM, and SD modules. Intermediate English (mandatory).
