Key Responsibilities: Prospecting and developing new accounts: Identify and generate new business opportunities in the local market. Building long-term relationships. Generating periodic reports on sales progress, pipeline opportunities, revenue forecasts, and challenges encountered. Collaborating and working jointly with the sales management to develop commercial strategies and fine-tune the CRM according to team and market needs. Job Requirements: Previous sales experience in the private security sector. Strong prospecting skills and ability to generate new customers. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work autonomously with strong results orientation. CRM management experience. Mobility and willingness to work onsite at the office and visit clients.
