Requirements: - It is mandatory that the candidate has experience or clear potential in technical leadership roles. - Evolutionary and corrective application development. - Identify improvement opportunities and propose initiatives aimed at continuous improvement. - Adhere to best practices. - Actively participate in the design of development solutions. - Collaborate with the Backend team to accelerate integrations. - Collaborate in the analysis of new requirements and bugs. Work Location: CABA Belgrano – Argentina (hybrid mode). Residence Location: Areas near the workplace.
