Job Summary: We are looking for a Recruiter to join our team, responsible for attracting, sourcing, and selecting candidates, filling positions, and conducting interviews. Key Points: 1. Using Company tools for attracting, sourcing, and selecting candidates. Following the established Recruitment and Selection procedures currently in effect. Filling positions. Conducting candidate interviews (individual and/or group). Managing pre-employment examinations. Presenting candidates with interview reports. · Requirements: Education: Completed or ongoing university degree in Psychology / Labor Relations / Human Resources.
