We are currently seeking Real Estate Advisors to join our commercial team in Pilar, Buenos Aires. This position is aimed at individuals with a strong commercial vocation and a committed, dedicated, and results-oriented work attitude. Responsibilities: • Advise and assist clients in property purchase, sale, and rental transactions. • Manage inquiries received through various channels (phone, email, social media, and in-office visits). • Source, appraise, and market properties, prioritizing the company’s own portfolio. • Develop and manage a client portfolio, generating new business opportunities. • Keep property and client information updated in the computer system. • Collaborate closely with the commercial and production management teams to achieve established objectives. • Participate in training programs and stay up-to-date on the real estate market. • Promote properties and services via social media and commercial contacts. • Comply with professional ethics standards, personal appearance requirements, and assigned shifts. Requirements: • Residence in Pilar, Buenos Aires (mandatory). • Commercial profile, proactive, and clearly results-oriented. • Committed, dedicated, and responsible work attitude. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong organizational and time management abilities. • Proficiency in computer tools and social media. • Prior experience in sales or customer service (desirable but not mandatory). • Education in Marketing or Public Auctioneer (not mandatory).
