Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Manager to lead the implementation and improvement of quality systems in a dairy company, ensuring compliance with food industry standards and regulations. Part of a growing company facing real technical challenges Enterprise Consultants is currently searching for a Quality Manager for a major dairy company located in San Carlos Norte - Santa Fe. · Job Objective Lead the implementation, control, and improvement of quality systems at the plant level, ensuring compliance with food industry regulations, processes, and standards. Play a key role in establishing, launching, and comprehensively developing the quality department. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and maintain POES, GMP, and ISO 22000 standards. Design and document quality procedures and standards for a newly operational plant. Manage and supervise laboratory analyses and in-process and finished-product quality controls. Carry out product development and monitor technical specifications. Manage traceability information and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Coordinate with the production department and report to the Chemical Engineer/Production Manager. Implement continuous improvements on existing processes and propose new work practices. What do we require from you? Minimum 5 years of experience in quality roles within the food industry (mandatory). Education in Food Technology, Quality Management, or related fields. Solid knowledge of POES, GMP, ISO 22000, traceability, and plant operations. Prior laboratory experience; production experience is preferred.
