Incoming Quality Management * Design and implement material receipt and inspection systems. * Define acceptance and rejection criteria for marketed products. • Develop procedures, work instructions, and control records. • Manage quarantines and segregation of non-conforming materials. * Coordinate visual, dimensional, and functional inspections as appropriate. Supplier Quality Management * Handle complaints from domestic and international suppliers. * Conduct root cause analysis and track corrective actions. * Administer 8D reports, CAPA, and problem-solving methodologies. * Participate in supplier evaluation and approval processes. * Generate supplier performance indicators. Customer Quality Management * Address quality complaints from OEM, Tier 1, Aftermarket, and Industrial customers. * Participate in technical visits and customer audits. * Coordinate technical investigations of products and processes. * Prepare quality technical reports. * Manage corrective and preventive actions. Quality Management System * Actively participate in implementing the ISO 9001:2015 Management System. * Develop and control procedures, work instructions, and forms. * Manage non-conformities, corrective actions, and opportunities for improvement. * Collaborate in internal and external audits. * Maintain up-to-date system documentation. Commercial Support * Provide technical-commercial support on quality-related matters. * Participate in meetings with strategic customers. * Support the commercial department in product homologations and approvals. * Collaborate in resolving field issues. Performance Indicator Management * Design and administer departmental KPIs. * Prepare monthly reports for Management. * Analyze trends and improvement opportunities. 2 Minimum Job Requirements Education Level: Industrial, Mechanical, Electromechanical, Chemical Engineer or Senior Technician Specialized Knowledge * Quality Management Systems. * Automotive industrial processes. * Customer and supplier complaint management. * Reading and interpretation of engineering drawings. * Development of procedures and work instructions. * Management indicators. * Problem-solving methodologies. * Advanced Microsoft Excel. * Power BI (desirable). * ERP and document management systems. Proven Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years in a similar position Other Requirements: Experience in automotive OEM suppliers, Tier 1 companies, or industries with certified management systems.
