Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Assistant for the production plant of a food company, responsible for quality controls and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Conduct quality controls on raw materials and products 2. Verify compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) 3. Collaborate in the implementation and monitoring of the HACCP system We are currently searching for a Quality Assistant to join the production plant team of a prominent food company located in the NORTH ZONE of the City of Córdoba. · Main responsibilities Conduct quality controls on raw materials, in-process products, and finished products. Verify compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Monitor hygiene and sanitation conditions in the plant. Complete and manage quality records (temperatures, traceability, cleaning, etc.). Identify and report deviations. Collaborate in the implementation and monitoring of the HACCP system. Requirements VALID FOOD HANDLER'S CERTIFICATE. Technician or advanced student in Food Technology, Food Science, Food Engineering, or related fields. Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions within the food industry. Knowledge of GMP and Argentine food regulations. Experience with the HACCP system. Proficiency in Excel and other computer tools. · Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00.
