Job Summary:
A metalworking SME is seeking experienced Quality Analysts to ensure production processes through inspections, audits, and quality management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensure production processes and conduct quality audits.
2. Collaborate in identifying critical control points.
3. Manage corrective and preventive actions.
The metalworking SME is hiring Quality Analysts for its San Martín facilities, requiring a minimum of 3 years’ experience in similar positions, with responsibilities including:
Ensuring production processes by performing inspections and audits according to the established control plan; self-inspection mechanisms, intermediate and final inspections, sampling, and part selection.
Collaborating in identifying critical control points within the process.
Monitoring and reporting area performance indicators.
Executing transactions and movements in the system (e.g., blocks, scraps).
Preparing and updating documents related to the quality management system.
Managing internal and supplier corrective and preventive actions to verify achievement of defined objectives.
Using measuring instruments and devices.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, ISO 9001 Internal Auditing, AMFE, Poka-Yoke, Basic Statistics, and 5S is considered an advantage.
Work Location: San Martín.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00–15:00.
Residency in the area required.
