Train users and provide functional support in system usage. 2. Gather and analyze client processes for implementation and improvement. 3. Design training plans and develop functional documentation. The role’s mission is to support clients in training and system adoption, ensuring correct operational usage and sustained value generation. Your main responsibilities will be: Train users and provide functional support in system usage. Gather and analyze client processes for proper system implementation and propose improvements. Design and deliver training plans tailored to the system and user profile. Develop manuals, guides, and instructional materials. Evaluate system adoption among potential clients using indicators and identify improvement opportunities. Prepare functional documentation, progress reports, and closure reports. Contribute to continuous service and process improvement. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in quality or continuous process improvement areas. Graduates or advanced students in Education, Communication, Psychopedagogy, Social Sciences, or Psychology. Proficiency in Word, Excel, and collaborative documentation tools (e.g., Notion or similar). Intermediate English (desirable). Residency in Córdoba Capital. Personal transportation.
