Position Summary:
A major bakery food company is seeking a Quality Analyst to implement and monitor certified standards and management systems.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Implementation and monitoring of quality standards (AIB, FSSC 22000)
2. Process control and maintenance of the Quality Management System
3. Conducting audits, reporting, and continuous quality improvement
A major bakery food company located in the Garín area is seeking a Quality Analyst whose main objective will be to carry out processes related to certified standards (AIB, FSSC 22000, Organic).
Main Responsibilities:
Monitoring and implementation of the plant’s management system and legal regulations regarding product registration under Argentine regulatory framework.
Control of processes required by the Quality Management System. Control of the HACCP Plan and maintenance of quality standards.
Preparation of reports for submission to Supervision and/or Management.
Monitoring of implemented POE, MIP, and POES, as well as daily checks and analyst reports.
Maintenance of the plant’s microbiological control system, including sampling and analysis of results; maintenance of the training program, including coordination, execution, and compliance tracking; maintenance of the Food Safety Management System; maintenance of the Supplier Approval System.
Conducting Quality Audits of Suppliers.
Reporting to the area supervisor on the normal operation and any anomalies within the Quality System, including suggestions for continuous improvement.
Collaborating in promoting awareness and understanding of standards defined by the Quality Management System.
Requirements:
Currently enrolled in or graduated from a university program in Food Engineering, Food Science, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of prior experience in quality control.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, BPM; knowledge of HACCP, statistics, FSSC 22000, BRC, or other GFSI-related standards.
Intermediate technical English proficiency.
Teamwork skills, proactive attitude, collaborative spirit and commitment to tasks, responsibility, interpersonal communication skills, willingness to learn.
Notes:
Once per month, the employee travels to Chacarita; transportation is provided by Sapore. Once per month, attendance is required on Sunday night, with subsequent time-off compensation. In other words, the position is based in Garín, with an average of one monthly trip to Chacarita during regular working hours.
That monthly Sunday shift runs from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM Monday; compensated with a day off.
