Position Summary: We are seeking a Procurement and International Trade Analyst to manage requests, coordinate imports, and optimize processes. Key Highlights: 1. Procurement and Supply Manage internal requests and coordinate purchase execution. Request and analyze supplier quotations. Issue purchase orders and track them through delivery. Maintain operational relationships with local and international suppliers. International Trade Coordinate imports with customs brokers and freight forwarders. Control documentation (invoices, packing lists, certificates, permits). Track international shipments. Ensure regulatory compliance and optimize timelines and costs. Logistics and Operations Coordinate material receipt and dispatch. Monitor deliveries and resolve discrepancies. Communicate with warehouses and carriers. Document control for merchandise movements. Administration and Process Improvement Maintain updated records in systems and spreadsheets. Collaborate on digitalization and automation initiatives. Identify improvement opportunities. Participate in efficiency and standardization initiatives. WHAT DO WE VALUE IN YOUR PROFILE? Experience in procurement, logistics, and international trade. Knowledge of import processes. Intermediate Excel proficiency. English desirable. Technical or university education related to the field (desirable). Competencies: organization, analytical thinking, proactivity, multitasking ability, and focus on continuous improvement.
