Position Summary: A leading company in the energy sector is seeking a Senior Procurement Analyst to manage the acquisition of products and materials, balancing cost, delivery time, quality, and payment terms. Key Responsibilities: 1. End-to-end procurement management to optimize costs and timelines. 2. Development of new suppliers and performance evaluation. 3. Negotiation skills and proficiency in accounting systems. A prominent energy solutions company is seeking a Senior Procurement Analyst. Position Mission: To manage the procurement of products and materials required by various departments, achieving an optimal balance among cost, delivery time, quality, and favorable payment terms for the company. Main Responsibilities: - Fulfill procurement requirements issued by different company departments on time and as specified. - Reduce procurement costs through monthly planning of continuously replenished consumable items. - Supplier monitoring and evaluation (actual delivery time vs. committed delivery time). - Issuance of purchase orders (POs). - Automatic update in the TANGO system of production-critical costs. - Notify the Commercial Department of cost increases to enable immediate action. - Inform requesting departments in case of material delays. - Cost trend analysis. - Development of new suppliers. - Management of claims related to shortages or pending deliveries. - Monthly cost updates and issuance of sales price lists. Preferred Qualifications: - Completed secondary education with an accounting focus and/or tertiary education. - Minimum 3 years of experience in the field. - Strong interpersonal relationship skills. - Negotiation and price-bidding skills. - Knowledge and hands-on experience with accounting management systems (Tango, Bejerman, Capataz). - Residence in nearby areas. - Working hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00. - Permanent position. - Location: Avellaneda.
