We Have an Opportunity for You ! Procurement Analyst – Permanent We are currently looking for a Procurement Analyst to join the team of a leading company in the radiator sector. The primary objective of this role is to ensure efficient procurement management, guaranteeing timely and appropriate availability of materials and products, optimizing costs, and maintaining solid relationships with suppliers. Responsibilities: Manage purchase orders and procurement requests, ensuring their proper execution. Verify, compare, and analyze pricing, delivery terms, and conditions across various suppliers. Monitor inventory levels and stock status to prevent shortages or overstocking. Maintain up-to-date records of purchases, contracts, and suppliers. Collaborate on price negotiations, commercial terms, and supply agreements. Analyze and resolve issues related to deliveries, quality, or contractual compliance. Participate in the implementation and continuous improvement of procurement processes. Maintain smooth communication with suppliers and internal departments (warehouse, production, administration). Prepare management reports and dashboards to support decision-making. Contribute to procurement planning and departmental budgeting. Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in Procurement or Supply Chain. Solid knowledge of procurement processes and supply chain management. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Analytical ability, organizational skills, and attention to detail. Intermediate/advanced Excel proficiency (desirable). Experience in inventory management (valued). Work Modality: On-site in Grand Bourg. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00.
