Lead the Project Team. Plan and manage project execution, leading necessary actions and managing projects across all phases to ensure achievement of schedule, cost, and quality standards. **What We Seek?** * Lead required activities for project implementation, including work proposal development, contracting and procurement management, risk identification and management, etc. * Define, lead, and coordinate the Project Execution Plan related to Business Development to guarantee alignment with YPF's defined strategy, ensuring implementation addresses operational requirements and current best practices for the company, coordinating all involved resources. * Coordinate the estimation process and validate investment estimates for all project phases prior to client submission, providing required information for cost and schedule estimate preparation. * Propose opportunities to improve contractual relationships and intervene in any disputes that may arise. * Administer, evaluate, and negotiate changes to original scope and project conditions both with clients and with suppliers and contractors to ensure optimal benefits and timelines compatible with such changes. * Manage interpersonal relationships with internal and external clients and stakeholders to support communication of common project objectives, preparing agreed-upon progress reports for sponsors to provide decision-making information. * Coordinate project plans with involved departments and manage budget and resources for development to support achievement of defined milestones. * Coordinate participation of various stakeholders to correctly define project scope, ensuring all project actors fulfill each and every requirement. * Manage available human and material resources to expedite project-related activities and avoid timeline deviations. Maintain updated project portfolio schedules and key milestones. * Monitor and control the critical path across all project stages, implementing all necessary actions to ensure adherence to planned timing, while advocating for safety and environmental protection throughout the project lifecycle. * Supervise and monitor procurement activities: track all stages of procurement requests, from technical specification through tendering, purchase order issuance, and delivery date. * Control and validate monthly Project Certification Sheets. * Generate and facilitate progress reports for each project in which you participate. **What We Value as a Differentiator?** * **Professional Experience:** Experience in project management within Oil & Gas/Downstream. Must have participated in industrial plant execution projects with budgets exceeding USD 20 million. * **Education:** Graduated Engineer (mandatory).
