Position Summary: We are seeking an Engineering Student to lead manufacturing projects, coordinate teams, and ensure success within established parameters. Key Points: 1. Responsible for project planning, execution, and control. 2. Leads, communicates, and coordinates teams to ensure project success. 3. Requires leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. For a national SME in the manufacturing sector, we are selecting an Industrial/Mechanical/Chemical Engineering student or related field, who will be responsible for planning, executing, controlling, and closing projects. The candidate will primarily ensure that various projects are successfully completed within the time, budget, and scope defined by management, communicating, leading, and coordinating teams and all necessary activities. Key responsibilities include: • Communication: Keep all stakeholders informed about project progress. • Organization: Assign tasks, define roles and responsibilities, and coordinate the project team. • Leadership: Guide and motivate the team, make decisions, and resolve problems. • Control: Monitor project progress, identify deviations, and take corrective actions. • Closure: Formalize project completion and conduct post-project evaluation.
