Responsible for planning, monitoring, and executing training programs A leading company in the design, manufacturing, and servicing of equipment for the Oil & Gas industry and others is seeking to hire Operations Programmers/Planners. Your responsibilities will include: Complying with and enforcing safety, quality, and environmental regulations, procedures, and policies. Coordinating, controlling, and ensuring the management of planning and logistics for service operations and operational support. Ensuring that personnel and material resources are authorized to enter the oil field. Defining, supervising, and controlling personnel scheduling management, compensatory days off, leaves of absence, and operational availability. Responsible for planning, monitoring, and executing the annual training plan for the operations team. Ensuring authorization, availability, and logistics for: trailers, light-duty vehicles, and heavy transport. Mandatory Requirements: At least two years of CONCRETE and VERIFIABLE experience in this role or similar positions within Oil & Gas service companies or operators. Minimum of two years of experience and technical knowledge in service operations related to drilling rig equipment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Excellent professional references (references will be requested for each of your previous employers to obtain information regarding your performance and reasons for leaving). Preferred Qualifications: Residence in Neuquén or Río Negro Province. Tertiary or university education. Advanced proficiency in a management system. English language proficiency.
