The position requires individuals who are willing to work in a team and who demonstrate commitment and responsibility in meeting the company's quality and production standards. Main Responsibilities: Assist with production line tasks, packaging, and quality control. Maintain order, cleanliness, and compliance with safety and hygiene regulations. Collaborate with the team to ensure daily production targets are met. Requirements: Residence in Arroyo Seco or nearby areas. Availability to work rotating shifts (one week morning shift, one week afternoon shift). Flexibility to work overtime and on Saturdays, as required by production needs. Employment Conditions: Temporary contract. Collective Bargaining Agreement: Food Industry – General Operator Category.
