Plan and supervise human, technical, and material resources An automotive parts company located in Villa Maipú (San Martín District) is hiring a Production Manager with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in similar positions. Primary Job Objective Manage the production sector to achieve world-class operational standards, developing it with a focus on safety and continuous improvement. Main Responsibilities Plan and supervise human, technical, and material resources within the sector. Collaborate with production, maintenance, process, and quality managers. Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance for the sector. Supervise production, improvement planning, and investment planning. Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean tools and optimization methodologies. Generate KPIs. Mandatory Requirements Industrial Engineer or related degree. Minimum 5 years’ experience in the automotive parts or metal-mechanical industry. Advanced knowledge of Lean tools (5S, Kaizen, TPM, SMED). Experience in complex technical projects. Minimum team size of 100 employees.
