Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to supervise and coordinate production processes in the food industry, lead teams, and maintain quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervision and coordination of production processes 2. Team leadership and supervision 3. Machinery maintenance and effective communication We are recruiting for a major company in the food sector. Work Location: TUCUMAN / SAN MIGUEL DE TUCUMAN. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00–14:00 and 14:00–22:00; Saturdays, 6:00–12:00. Employment Mode: In-person. Contract Type: Permanent. Main responsibilities of the position include: Supervising and coordinating the production process, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. Leading and supervising the work team. Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery. Maintaining detailed records of productivity indicators. Ensuring smooth and effective communication across departments, fostering a positive working environment. Requirements: Education: Graduate or soon-to-graduate Food Engineer, Industrial Engineer, or Chemical Engineer. Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar positions. Knowledge and operation of machinery (packaging machines and production lines). Leadership, effective communication, and conflict resolution skills. Proficiency in computer systems. Full-time availability, rotating shifts (mandatory).
