Job Summary: Randstad Argentina is seeking a Procurement Analyst for a hospitality and gastronomy company, responsible for comprehensively managing the procurement cycle, negotiating with suppliers, and optimizing costs. This opportunity may interest you! · Randstad Argentina is currently searching for a Procurement Analyst for a leading company in the hospitality and gastronomy sector. · Job Responsibilities: · Comprehensively manage the procurement cycle (from requisition to purchase order tracking), ensuring timely delivery, quality, and budget compliance within a dynamic and demanding environment. Operate the SAP system and preferably the supplier portal for transactional management. · · Design and implement procurement and negotiation strategies focused on long-term relationships with key suppliers. Negotiate commercial terms (prices, payment terms) and sustainable agreements with strategic and operational suppliers. Manage and safeguard supplier documentation and contracts, verifying execution and agreed-upon conditions. Proactively assess and mitigate risks inherent to the supplier base. · · Identify and anticipate internal department needs, ensuring alignment with their budgets through continuous communication and collaboration. Analyze cost variances and propose solutions to optimize efficiency and reduce expenses. Develop, monitor, and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the department. Actively contribute to change management, promoting the adoption of best practices, innovation, and continuous improvement processes. · · Maintain a service-oriented, proactive, and team-focused attitude when collaborating with various organizational departments. · Requirements: · Minimum four years of experience in similar positions. Reside in Santa Fe city. Excellent interpersonal skills. Bachelor's degree or nearing graduation in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
