The Challenge: End-to-end leadership of comprehensive production planning and control, ensuring standards, operational efficiency, and on-time, in-full deliveries—with a focus on continuous improvement and long-term development. Full-time, on-site position Location: Marcos Juárez Responsibilities: Design and lead the PCP framework, defining processes, routines, and planning tools. Ensure proper execution of the production plan (daily and weekly scheduling). Anticipate capacity risks, bottlenecks, and material shortages. Coordinate with Procurement and Logistics regarding availability of critical materials. Manage installed capacity and propose actions for demand peaks. Implement management dashboards and KPIs (plan vs. actual, backlog, lead time, constraints). Drive continuous improvement initiatives (5S, Kaizen, scrap and rework reduction). Requirements: University degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electromechanical Engineering, or related fields. Prior experience in manufacturing industry or agribusiness-related sectors. Experience leading production planning. Willingness to relocate and reside in Marcos Juárez. Proficiency in continuous improvement tools (5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma). Technical English.
