· We are looking for a Payroll Specialist to join a leading company in developing products and solutions for personal care and hygiene, with multiple personal hygiene and cleaning brands.
· Job Mission:
Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, complying with current labor legislation and internal policies, through comprehensive payroll data control, proper personnel administration, and up-to-date documentation and system maintenance. Drive continuous improvement of payroll processes, provide specialized business support, and act as the technical reference within the Human Resources team.
· Key Responsibilities:
Process and validate monthly payroll-related information (hours worked, absences, leaves, variable components, awards, bonuses, deductions, and fourth-category income tax control).
Ensure correct application of collective bargaining agreements, labor legislation, and internal policies.
Contribute to the preparation and verification of social security contributions, ensuring their accurate submission to the relevant authorities.
Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, and modifications in ARCA, health insurance providers, internal systems, and attendance platforms.
Administer onboarding and offboarding processes: file compilation, checklists, communications, contracts, certifications (including Article 80), and required documentation.
Maintain updated personnel records and databases.
Manage and validate attendance tracking, absenteeism, leaves, permissions, and vacations.
Process and monitor biweekly and monthly payroll updates to ensure correct payroll impact.
Prepare employment contracts and manage the signature workflow.
Issue credentials, receive certificates, and assist with matters related to occupational medical services.
Organize, update, and safeguard employment documentation in compliance with applicable regulations.
Administer union permits and ensure communication with involved departments.
Respond to employee inquiries, providing clear, timely, and regulation-aligned support.
Conduct labor litigation analysis: receipt of claims, expert reports, and precedent research.
Support internal and external audits related to payroll processes.
Propose process improvements, controls, and automation initiatives.
· Candidates with at least 5 years’ experience in payroll processing for large workforces, and solid expertise in payroll processes and directly related administrative tasks, will be highly valued.
· Requirements:
University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Accounting, or related fields.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
Experience using SAP.
· Work Location: Zárate, Buenos Aires.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00 hrs. On-site mode.
Contract Type: Indefinite-term contract.
