Currently, we are seeking a Payroll Analyst **under the FATERYH, UTEDYC, and SUTERH collective bargaining agreements; this is an exclusive requirement for application.**
**General Purpose of the Position**
Ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance in payroll processing, acting as a strategic liaison between property managers, payroll processors, and public agencies. Guarantee data quality, confidentiality, and timely delivery of results.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
✅ Validate and process payroll-related updates (hires, terminations, modifications) in systems such as ARCA, ensuring data integrity.
✅ Monitor submission of social security contributions (ARCA, trade unions) and employment documentation.
✅ Resolve incidents reported by property managers promptly and effectively.
✅ Request and collect supplementary documentation required for payroll processing.
✅ Manage procedures before public agencies (ARCA, AGIP) and trade union entities.
✅ Collaborate and maintain fluent communication with payroll processors and other internal departments.
✅ Keep departmental records and files up to date.
**Requirements:**
✅ Advanced undergraduate student or graduate in Labor Relations, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields.
✅ Minimum of 2 years’ desirable experience in administrative tasks related to payroll, payroll processing, or labor documentation management.
✅ Exclusive experience in: Proficiency in LCT (Labor Contract Law), collective bargaining agreements (FATERYH, SUTERH, and UTEDYC), and ARCA/AGIP regulations.
✅ Intermediate/advanced Excel skills.
✅ Google Workspace.

**Working Conditions**
Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Temporary contract, with possibility of extension.
