At Ceta Capital Humano, we are currently searching for an Operations Manager to work at a new Distribution Center specializing in retail logistics in Neuquén Capital. Responsibilities: Comprehensively lead CD operations: receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, inventory, and reverse logistics. Plan and execute the operational strategy. Manage, motivate, and develop teams, promoting safety, a collaborative culture, and high performance. Optimize processes and ensure quality standards. Manage the center’s budget and optimize costs. Actively engage with customers, anticipate needs, and guarantee service levels. Define and analyze key KPIs: productivity, OTIF, accuracy, utilization. · Requirements: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in similar positions. Proficiency in WMS and operations involving multiple SKUs with a high level of detail. Experience handling refrigerated and frozen goods (desirable). Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. Own transportation.
