Position Summary: We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Operations Analyst to coordinate operational tasks, manage documentation and reporting, and support the team. Key Points: 1. Coordination of multiple operational tasks and document management. 2. Preparation of operational reports and process improvement proposals. 3. Inventory, fuel, and vehicle maintenance control. We are looking for an Operations Analyst to join our team. We seek an organized, detail-oriented individual capable of coordinating multiple operational tasks. Responsibilities: Preparation of daily and weekly schedules. Uploading documentation to portals and sending information. Preparation of documentation and supplies for daily work. Receiving and organizing payments and documentation from the previous day. Verification and closing of orders in the system. Daily reporting to the Administration department. Inventory control and restocking. Administrative control of vehicle maintenance (spreadsheets, expiration dates, appointments). Fuel consumption control and expense analysis. Tracking work progress and providing operational support to the team. Handling simple emergencies during morning/midday shifts. Preparation of operational reports. Documentation of processes and proposals for improvement. Requirements (Desirable): Previous experience in similar roles. Proficiency with digital tools and ability to work with systems.
